It is with great pleasure that we announce the elevation of Robert Wexler and Jacob Kalinski to the position of Principal.
Rob has more than 30 years of experience successfully advising labor associations and their members on all matters relating to contract negotiations, grievances, and disciplinary investigations. He is also an extremely talented speaker and instructor. During his career, Rob has represented an array of labor organizations, including some of the largest municipal peace officer and firefighter associations in California.
Jacob has particularly distinguished himself in the area of litigation. Jacob’s work is characterized by his creativity, clarity of thought, and excellent persuasive writing. His skills have earned him the respect of judges, opposing counsel and, most importantly, our clients. His experience has run the gamut from litigating pension cases to prosecuting and defending suits encompassing almost every imaginable topic our clients face, including discipline, privacy and bargaining rights. He is also a passionate advocate for our clients during labor negotiations for pay and benefits.
