Jacksonville, Florida — On Saturday, May 16, 2026, around 4:30 p.m., officers along the cycling course spotted a vehicle driving recklessly into the pathway for runners and bicyclists and immediately did what they could to stop it. The driver refused to stop, forcing nearby DUI and Traffic Units
