Car Thief Suspect Shoots Himself in Head During Foot Pursuit

Hollywood, CA - On May 1, 2021, Hollywood uniform personnel were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle (Black Audi SUV); determined to be a stolen rental car. During the pursuit, the suspect collided with two vehicles and stopped on Hobart Avenue north of Sunset Boulevard.
