Texas Deputy Shot, Killed at Traffic Stop

Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal has died at the hospital after being shot multiple times while conducting a traffic stop Friday. The sheriff said the suspect “basically just shot him in a very ruthless, cold blooded way.”
