SB County Search and Rescue one of the first agencies to use new app for emergency management

Santa Barbara County Search and Rescue crews are now utilizing the Fulcrum app. The data collection application rapidly documents who’s evacuating and who’s staying in the event of a natural disaster, instead of a hard copy log like what was used during the Thomas Fire.
