Officer Credits “Divine Providence” in Saving Life of Heart Attack Victim

An officer with the Henrico (VA) Police Department said that it was “divine providence” that placed him in exactly the right place at exactly the right time to help save the life of a man who suffered a heart attack in the parking lot of a local restaurant.
