The Chicago Police Civilian Office of Police Accountability released videos showing two officers attempting to arrest a man who was moving between trains illegally. He was in possession of narcotics and resisted the officers. Both officers advised the 33-year-old several times to stop resisting them and used a taser at least twice with no success. Eventually, one officer advised the other to shoot the man, she did, twice. The man was unarmed, survived, charges were dropped and the officers are currently under investigation.
